Generational anxiety, depression, and mental illness have affected both sides of my family, tragically resulting in suicides. I’ve dedicated my energy to ensuring this pattern ends with my generation. HeartMath has given me the practical and scientific tools that finally demystify the 30 years of philosophical study I’ve undertaken to make sense of it all.

Multi-generational chronic suffering of major depression and debilitating anxiety began Denice on a journey to find the keys to healing.

But it was in discovering the HearMath scientific and practical tools to apply these teachings and wisdom to modern day practice that lead her to the work she does today.  Denice wants nothing more than to help ease your mental suffering and teach people how to re-build the life they can only imagine is possible.
